2. Please do not claim generated images as your own work, or intentionally remove, alter, or crop out credits or watermarks such as “Manufactured by Kink Jar Factory.”

3. Use of Public Social Posts

If users publicly post comments, screenshots, generated images, hashtags, or URLs related to this service on social media or other external services, the operator may quote, repost, resize, crop, or otherwise use them within a reasonable display scope for announcements, introductions, promotion, examples, or campaign-related purposes.
2. This includes use on the operator’s websites, official social accounts, announcement images, banners, videos, streams, printed material, and other online or offline promotional media.

1. The operator does not expressly or impliedly guarantee that this service is free from defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or rights infringement.
2. The operator assumes no liability for any damage incurred by users in connection with this service.
3. If disputes arise between a user and a third party due to generated images created or published by the user, the user is responsible for resolving them at their own expense, and the operator will not be involved.
